Dr. José Rodríguez Vacas was appointed by the board of the University to serve as its delegate to Spain. He was also appointed with the rank of visiting professor with a focus on security studies. Dr. Rodríguez Vacas will oversee the development of programs in the fields of conflict analysis and resolution as well as promote institutional relations with institutions in Spain.
