Francia Peña Fontanillas appointed as a Visiting Instructor for Continuing Education

Francia Peña Fontanillas, a prominent Dominican community leader based in New York City, has been appointed Visiting Instructor for Continuing Education for the academic year 2022-2023. She holds an MBA and has considerable experience in management and cultural leadership. Ms. Francia Peña Fontanillas will be teaching applied courses in the continuing education department of UCNE.
