Key members of the Advisory Board meet in Palm Beach

The Catholic University of New Spain co-organized a networking event in Palm Beach for community leaders, government officials, and advisory board members. The Noble Company of Bernardo de Galvez and the Catholic University of New Spain celebrated its May networking event with distinguished guests from several countries. Ambassador Marcelo Varela, Caballero de Merito of Galvez and member of the board of the advisory board of the Catholic University of New Spain expressed his commitment to the mission and vision of the two institutions. Other prominent guests included: the Honorable Michael Fridovich, Councilman of the City of Gulfport, the Dr. Scott Stein, Dean of the Faculty of Political Science of Indian River State College, Prof. Veronica Tempone of Indian River State College, Mr. Juan Pagan, President of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach, Dr. John P. Linstroth, Oxford trained anthropologist and UCNE faculty member, Dinna Diaz, TV producer and President of the Nicaraguan Association of Communicators, Benjamin DeYurre, economist and faculty member, and many others. Spanish classical guitarist, Flavio, played traditional Spanish music during the event. The event was co-sponsored by the Florida Delegation of the Royal Naval League of Spain and by the Palm Beach Chapter of the Order of the Knights of Rizal.
