H.E. Dr. Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, Former President of the Republic of Ecuador has joined the advisory board of the Catholic University of New Spain. President Arteaga is a writer and anthropologist with many years of experience in governance, serving both as Vice President and as President of the Republic of Ecuador.
