UCNE signed agreement with ISCE of Portugal (Lisbon)

The Catholic University of New Spain signed a cooperation agreement with the Instituto Superior de Ciências Educativas of Portugal. The agreement was signed on the 31st of January at City Hall in the presence of local authorities and of members of the faculty. The President of the ISCE receive an appointment as an Honorary Professor of UCNE and also joined the Inter-University Center for the Promotion of French Culture as a Fellow.
