Florida Delegation of the Royal Naval League of Spain

The Catholic University of New Spain is proud to host the Florida Delegation of the Royal Naval League of Spain. Public lectures, cultural visits, and cultural fairs are jointly organized by the University and the Florida Delegation.

Noble Company of Bernado de Galvez

The Noble Company of Bernardo de Galvez is the University's elite society. It is headed by an hermano mayor who is always the rector of the University, and by an honorary president who is a statesman, currently H.E. Alfredo Palacio, 44th President of the Republic of Ecuador. Membership is by invitation only and it is considered to be a high honor. The Noble Company serves as key influencer to promote social causes and to help the needy. With caballeros and damas in more than forty countries, it is one of the most active Noble Companies in the world. Events are held in more than twenty countries every year and members include heads of state, royal families, statesmen, prominent academics, and members of the nobility.

American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science


American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science
The American Society of Diplomacy and Political Sciences is the University’s premier association for diplomats and government officials.

 

It is currently headed by H.E. Alfredo Palacio, 44th President of the Republic of Ecuador. Other prominent members include more than twenty city mayors, five commissioners, and H.E. General Chavalit Yongchaiyudh, former Prime Minister of Thailand. The focus of the American Society of Diplomacy and Political Sciences is to promote good governance and to share experiences among political and community leaders so as to foster sustainable development and peace.

 

Activities include academic conferences, visits to government bodies, public lectures, galas, and short certificate courses in topics related to Diplomacy and Political Sciences. Membership is an honor and bestows the rank of Associate Fellow or Fellow. Members are entitle to wear the medal of American Society of Diplomacy and Political Sciences pending from a green ribbon. There are fellows in more than twenty countries. There are four membership levels: junior member, associate fellow, fellow, distinguished fellow.
