College of Commercial Engineers of Guayas signs articulation agreement with UCNE

The College of Commercial Engineers of Guayas (Colegio de Ingenieros Comerciales del Guayas) is the official professional association for commercial engineers in Guayas, Ecuador. Gladys Moreira Espinoza, President of the College, signed an articulation agreement with the Catholic University of New Spain to promote joint research, cultural exchanges, and the development of lifelong learning modules. The event took place on January 22, 2019 at the iconic Presley Norton Museum in the city of Guayaquil.
