Dr. Jorge Castañeda has been appointed inaugural Tony Buzan Visiting Professor for the year 2023. The Tony Buzan Visiting Professorship was established in honor of the late Tony Buzan, inventor of Mind-mapping. Visiting professors holding this appointment are expected to conduct research in strategic thinking and related fields and to share their findings in the form of public lectures. Professor Jorge Castañeda has a PhD in Management from SMC University, an master's degree in operations research from Stanford University, and an engineering degree from Universidad Iberoamericana. He has many years of expererience in the private sector in corporations such as Merck and Eastman Kodak.
