H.E. Frederic Lefevre, Former Secretary of Commerce of France receives honorary doctorate (London)

His Excellency Frederic Lefrevre, former Secretary of Commerce of the Republic of France, and current adviser to President Macron, received an honorary doctorate from the Catholic University of New Spain. The ceremony took place at the prestigious Royal Anthropological Institute of Great Britain in London (November 11, 2019).
