Member of the Advisory Board participates in OAS Mission to observe the Guatemalan elections.

Ambassador Marcelo Valera, member of the advisory board of the Catholic University of New Spain and Fellow of the American Society of Diplomacy participated in the electoral observation mission of the Organization of American States in the Republic of Guatemala. This is a great example of how the Catholic University of New Spain is actively involved in the theory and practice of political science and diplomacy.
