The Honorable Dallyana Passailaigue Manosalva, Member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Ecuador joins the advisory board of the Catholic University of New Spain. Mrs. Manosalva is the current representative of the province of Guayas in the National Assembly and is well known for her projects to protect the environment and to promote eco-tourism. The Rector of the University welcomed Mrs. Manosalva to the advisory board of the University in a private ceremony at the Bankers Club of Guayaquil.
