Mr. Rafael Pineyro, Vice Mayor of the City of Doral joins the advisory board of UCNE

The Honorable Rafael Pineyro, Vice Mayor of the City of Doral in Florida has joined the advisory board of the Catholic University of New Spain. Mr. Pineyro has considerable experience in public administration and holds degrees in public administration and psychology. He is deeply committed to supporting the mission and the vision of the University.
