The Official Government Gazette of the Municipality of Hardricourt, France, published an article about the recent visit of a delegation of the Catholic University of New Spain, the American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science, and the Royal House of Laos. The University is continuing to explore creative ways to support the City in terms of governance and development.
