Portuguese Education Luminary joins the American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science (FL)

Ricardo Filipe Damiao Martins, education expert, philanthropist, and owner of the Grupo Pedago of Portugal joined the American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science. Dr. Martins is one of Portugal's leading lights in the education sector. He has many years of experience leading a group of educational institutions which range from lower school to higher education. Dr. Martins is also active in the field of international development and his group is active in Africa and Latin America. Based on his many years of experience and his many accomplishments, the American Society of Diplomacy and Political Science inducted him as a Fellow.
