President Arteaga Serrano joins the IASS as a numbered academician (Medal#25)

H.E. Dr. Rosalía Arteaga Serrano, Former President of the Republic of Ecuador has joined the International Academy of Social Sciences as a numbered academician (Medal #25). President Arteaga is a writer and anthropologist with many years of experience in governance, serving both as Vice President and as President of the Republic of Ecuador.
