UCNE signes agreement with FABIC University of Brazil

The Catholic University of New Spain signed a friendship agreement with FABIC University of Brazil. Both universities were represented by their respective rectors and the agreement was signed in a solemn ceremony in Pedropolis near Rio de Janeiro. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the military, academia, and the private sector. UCNE wants to focus on promoting distance education in Brazil and also in supporting capacity building.
