UCNE sponsors important event dealing with Venezuela (Homestead, Florida)

The Catholic University of New Spain was a sponsor of the Nacidos del Pavimento Movement event in Homestead, Florida. The event was attended by more than one hundred community leaders. Guests included representatives from congress, county level government officials, local officials, journalists, NGO leaders, and prominent intellectuals. The Catholic University of New Spain was represented by advisory board members Councilman Fridovich of the City of Gulfport, and by Councilwoman Murillo of Miami-Dade. Councilman Fridovich received certificates of recognition for his contributions to the Venezuelan community.
