The Catholic University of New Spain congratulates Monsignor Luis Argüello, Archbishop of Valladolid, for his election as President of the Spanish Episcopal Conference. Monsignor Luis Argüello is a member of the advisory board of the University and a strong supporter of its mission and vision.
