Professional Biography

Dr. Raúl Hernández Palacios is a highly accomplished researcher and educator specializing in advanced data architectures and information technologies. For over a decade, he has served as an Associate Professor and Researcher at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo (UAEH) in Mexico, where he has held multiple leadership positions, including Chief Editor of the Ciencia Huasteca Scientific Bulletin and General Coordinator for educational computer science programs. His career also spans international bounds, including core faculty appointments at the Universidad Técnica Estatal de Quevedo in Ecuador.

Dr. Palacios earned his Ph.D. in Information and Communication Technologies from the University of Granada, Spain, where his doctoral thesis focused on the optimization of communication interfaces in network file systems. He also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering and Networks from the University of Granada and a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.
